Fortunate

Fuel pump arrived in reasonable time after ordering.
We've owned a 1998 Mustang since brand new (Ontario Canada) and it came with us when we returned to Perth WA in 2012.

Seems like we replace the fuel pump every 9 years. Only one I could find in Australia was the E2200m from Eagle Auto Parts, Melbourne, who had ONE in stock. It is for the 4.6 Litre, ours is a 3.8 Litre. I took a chance.

The last 2 replacements were E2200 but researching it appeared the E220M could be used for both engines. Fortunately the E2200M had wiring connections for 3.8 & 4.6 Litres. Lucky us. Back on the road again!
