not good enough

for an expensive item the finish on all bolt threads was poor all needing to be cleaned up with thread dye as well as drain plug thread tapped out. Spring washers supplied didn't even fit in recess area of sump? couldn't use them. poor value if i have spend my time cleaning up poor quality item and sourcing replacement hardware. do you really care what you sell?
